Hotel/Camp Guest Policy

General Terms and Conditions

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel/camp.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel/camp. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID card.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of the extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel/camp premises. For pets to be allowed, please take prior approval by writing at info@bikamp.com

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel/camp, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel/camp, the hotel/camp reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel/camp asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel/camp room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

We strictly adhere to No Smoking Policy. We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean and discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel/camp Reception will be happy to help.

Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Bikamp will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.

As we continue to strive to improve our services, Bikamp may reach out to guests to get feedback of their experience through calls or messages

Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomena, etc.

No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.

Please respect other guest’s time and space.

Please adhere to the Hotel/camp timings.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the property owing to the local laws.

If the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

Bikamp reserves the complete right to admission.

The standard check-in time is 12 hrs.

The standard check-out time is 10 hrs.

Residents/guests carrying a local ID would not be allowed to check-in.

You are required to make a 100% pre-payment at the time of your check-in.

Bikamp will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged luggage.

Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the property.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the cost will be refunded.

If cancellations are made after 7 days of the check-in date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy

Any refunds applicable or agreed upon shall be refunded back to your account in 5 – 7 working days. Kindly write to info@bikamp.com for any updates.

Booking Extension Policy

Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
